We were moved to a king room in a court yard garden. It was lovely looking as advertised...

The room was attractive and elegant with a shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet in the private bathroom. the hotel had a central location and it was right by Palazzo Marsigli. Brilliant service, provided by the very good staff.

Liked the place, had a very nice stay of 2 nights. The location was amazing, close enough to beautiful garden and the main square of Bologna. The room was beautifully maintained and good looking with smoke detectors for safety measures. Everyone was extremely friendly and very attentive.

the location was favourable for exploring this cute area, short walk to the town center and tourist attractions and the piazza maggiore and a romantic garden. plus it was 5 mins drive from laghetto dei giardini margherita.

The hotel was clean and delightful with free Wi-Fi. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe inside the king room were handy. - the omelet and bacon in the garden were much appreciated. - I had a truly memorable stay.

The Hotel is quiet andsecluded, but ten minutes' walk from the centre of the city ad excellent shopping areas. The Staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous and helpful, and seemed especially fond of our five- year old daughter. The garden is beautiful and calming - a special feature of this hotel and a lovely place to have breakfast, which was generous and of good quality. We would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.

For a three star hotel it was homely and had charm. It was centrally located. The staff were accommodating and helpful at all times. Had it been priced as a three star hotel it would have been great.
We stayed during the week of Linea Pelle fair so the hotel was grossly overpriced for what it was. My suite was dark and cold but when the radiator was turned on - no thermostat meant it was then so hot I was obliged to sleep with all doors/ windows open. No screens meant mosquitoes. We had to request an alternate room for my mother as her single room was a box able to accommodate a twin bed and a chair. The bathroom was like an obstacle course with three floor levels. To get to the lavatory one had to slide sideways past the sink hurdle over the bidet to get to the throne which was elevated on its own platform? For an 82 year old woman with bad eye sight and a double hip replacement it was actually dangerous.

It may be a hotel with 3 star facility but offers 6 star services. Nothing is too much trouble for the hotel staff. They bought and installed 2 children bicyle seats for us (free of charge) so our family can explore Bologna on the bicycle together. The warm hospitality makes the stay memorable.
TV has really poor reception and has no English channel.
